Starting Date: Spring 2020

Our uniquely structured Analyst Program offers you the chance to build a broad foundation for your career in investing. The three-year program allows you to explore financial venture capital and private equity as well as strategic investments and advisory of our corporate sponsors.

During the first two years, you will be assigned to various projects across these teams to acquire the fundamentals. After that, you will focus on one of our business sections, depending on your individual skills and preference.


Your tasks will include, among others:

  • Screening of technology investment opportunities
  • Transaction structuring and execution
  • Preparation and negotiation of transaction documents
  • Financial modelling and data analysis in Excel
  • Providing strategic advice and project support to our corporate sponsors
  • Fostering contacts between our portfolio companies and our corporate sponsors


You gained first experiences either in internships or full-time employment in relevant fields and have solid business and financial analysis skills. You are interested in the venture capital branch and have experience in analysing business models and financial statements. Furthermore, you have the following skills and experiences:

  • Outstanding academic achievements
  • Very good English, spoken & written
  • At least intermediate German, spoken & written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
