DTCP is an independent investment management firm with over 2.5 billion euros in assets under management and more than 50 professionals.

With a focus on digital transformation, the firm invests across two strategies:

DTCP Growth invests in leading software companies out of its latest fund Growth Equity III (GE III). The team has made over 30 investments in Europe, Israel, and the US, with notable investments including Aircall, Arctic Wolf Networks, Auth0 (acquired by OKTA), Guardicore (acquired by Akamai), Fastly (NYSE: FSLY), Pipedrive (acquired by Vista Private Equity), LeanIX and Signavio (both acquired by SAP SE).

DTCP Infra invests in European digital infrastructure out of the Digital Infrastructure Vehicle II (DIV II). DTCP Infra specializes in investments in mobile towers, fiber networks, and data centers. DTCP’s infrastructure investments include Swiss Towers (acquired by Cellnex), Community Fibre, Cellnex Netherlands, Open Dutch Fiber, e-fiber, and maincubes.

Your responsibilities

As a working student in our central office in Hamburg, you will support the finance and investment controlling team in the following tasks:

  • Participation in day-to-day finance processes, including payments and invoicing
  • Finance process automation and optimization
  • Support in ad hoc requests from the finance department
  • High-quality record keeping and archiving for the various legal entities of Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners group of companies
  • Data input and data cleaning in the database
  • Further support in the administrative tasks such as screening, scanning, and proper allocation of business documents

Your Profile

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree with good results. You are interested in Venture Capital and technology as well as entrepreneurship. In addition, we look for the following skills and experiences:

  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Ideally proficiency in German
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in and basic understanding of Finance

Weekly working time is about 10-20 hours but can be arranged flexibly.
