United under the vision to create a leading independent asset manager focused on digital transformation, DTCP Growth and DTCP Infra run two complementary strategies: DTCP Growth invests in leading enterprise application, cybersecurity, and infrastructure software companies with a notable portfolio of high-growth tech companies such as Aircall, AppsFlyer, Arctic Wolf, LeanIX, Fastly, Pipedrive, Signavio etc. DTCP Infra invests in infrastructure assets like mobile towers, fiber networks, and data centers with notable investments such as Cellnex NL, Open Dutch Fiber, maincubes and e-fiber.

DTCP has a dedicated Value Creation team supporting portfolio companies and corporate sponsors in creating measurable synergies and we are seeking a stellar intern to join the team. Within the team you will work to create value between our 70+ portfolio companies, corporate investors and extended network, spanning across 100+ corporates.

Focus activities will include:

  • Support the building and maintenance of DTCP’s network of relevant corporate stakeholders to facilitate business opportunities for our portfolio companies, and bring innovation into our corporate investors
  • Support special projects that foster lasting relationships with our corporate network and investors
  • Conduct research and prepare materials that support the advisory and portfolio development team
  • Explore new approaches on how we help our portfolio companies to create value, extending our current successful playbook


  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business, economics, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • You gained first knowledge in the world of corporate development and / or on how to navigate within large complex organizations to create synergies, e.g. in a VC/PE or consulting firm, or a venture-backed company with a focus on Business Development, Sales and / or Channel Management
  • You love connecting with people to create lasting relationships on a personal level and to build a network
  • You are detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast- paced environment
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and failproof processes
  • Excellent communications skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus
